Thunder rang throughout the sky, the drizzling waters falling on her body rolling off to give her somewhat of a gloss as she moved working her way through rocky terrain at the footsteps of the mountain range. Youth was evident, Three years, only three years old but it seemed her race seemed to die earlier than those around them, perhaps this was their build, their genetics, or maybe just maybe it was the fact that no one in this world would look twice at them, a glance and a sneer perhaps, but nothing more. No few dared to actually attack her, perhaps it was her appearance that strayed them into simply acting they were better; perhaps they were afraid that her mutation was as contagious as the common cold. Either way she knew to slink around in these parts, uninhabitable but to someone who could live and eat almost anything; it seemed that that uninhabitable was her home these days. Her hooves stomped the ground, cloven, goat like, but edges so sharp they were almost claws, her lion’s tail twitching as it lashed out at her side.
Her pale golden coloration was veiled by the darkness the light golden scales reflecting moonlight subtly. Her wings stretched, a massive wingspan for the nineteen hand mare, if a mare is what you would call her. Her feathers laid flat on her back, perfectly calm in the silence as it seemed to drown her, every step every movement engulfed in the silence. Deafening. A slight snort alerted those around her, or it would have if anyone was there, swinging her tri horned skull to her side as she moved slowly, contrary to her build which was thin and gaunt her skin wrapped tightly to her skeleton clining it in every way possible. Striking golden eyes scanned the horizon, their appearance was not native to the equines, but rather resembled that of an eagle. Everything around her sounded hollow, empty and lonely, the animals ran when the thunder started ringing through the mountain crevasse. Everything ran, everything that had a home. ‘Damn them.’ Her eyes narrowed ‘Damn them and the gods they worship.’
It was a heavy hate that weighted on her heart. Burning on the inside, a solemn vowel to destroy any of them that crossed her the wrong way, that even looked at her like she was less. Her eyes narrowed, piercing. She was more than they could ever dream o, more than their precious deities they worshipped. She was a god in her own right, crisp golden, elegance apparent in the very arch of her neck, her feathered mane bouncing softly at her side. Surely she knew she could not take down their gods, but it was a sweet thought to simply dream of. The destruction of their way of life, it would crumble, it would fall, every empire does.

As the churning clouds and humid air mingled between one another, they slowly built up what were the telltale signs of a brewing storm. The sky, which had already been considerably dark, grew even darker whilst one could feel the swollen particles in the air surround them in a sticky and unpleasant manner. And soon enough, a deep rumble rolled across the jagged mountains of Theymoore, echoing through the alley they all seemed to have formed millions of years ago. Following suit was the rain that always accompanied both thunder and lightning, pouring down upon the ground and its inhabitants without a care as to who it was drenching.
Theta was one of the beings who so suddenly became wet from the falling beads of water, though she didn't quite care. There were other matters to worry about, including basking in the thick heat that would only last so much longer after the arrival of the thunderstorm. Her reptilian portion had been the reason behind such desires, despite the fact that her blood was not that of a coldblooded creature, and thus, she did so anyways - until the temperature started to grow cooler and cooler. The dip triggered the chimera to move on to other things, perhaps track down a small rodent to consume or something along the lines... but rocky environment brought with it a clear absence of easy prey, which brought her to postpone a meal until later in the night.
Moving on from the wide ledge she'd used to rest, the surefooted mare proceeded with the aimless wandering that previously stole her attention. Several loose pieces of stone broke free of what should have been an eternal place on the mountain, causing two-headed girl to quickly regain her balance while promptly cursing her disapproval. She soon learned to keep one set of eyes focused on the rock underfoot, placing her cloven hooves carefully on what was tagged as solid rock after inspection. The pace grew rhythmic and smooth, each movement coming faster and less hesitant until the sound of another living thing reach her ears. Halting immediately, Theta scoffed, assuming that the unseen stranger belonged to one of the races she so very much despised.
The mare nearly decided to turn and avoid any interaction, but she quickly convinced herself otherwise when the thought of a unicorn or pegasus - or even a unipeg - having control over where she went in the place they'd banished her species to chased the idea away. Holding both heads high, she strode closer to the source of the sound... only to find a towering lady of her own kind quietly traversing the mountainside just as she was doing. With a newfound feeling of intrigue, she pursued the slow-moving chimera.
It only took a minute or so to reach the unknown female, and she wasted no time in offering her salutations. "Bonsoir; it's certainly a treat to come across something worthy of life, for once." Hoping this mare had heard her approach at some point, Theta merely twitched the brims of lips in an effort to create somewhat of a smirk. It was fairly easy to tell that she didn't get into conversation much, especially with those that were in the same position as she - usually her words consisted of sarcasm and words with edges so sharp even the slightest poke could blow any ego to bits.

O D E T T E - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - And right now it feels like a steel knife against my windpipe
Feathered ears swiveled atop her skull, her hooves moving on the ground steadily slowly, she moved with no real interest in where she was going, who she would meet, only dreaming of the day when she could rip the prim donna beauty queens to shriveling shreds. Perfection, what was perfection? Evolution was perfection, just look at her; she should be revered as a god herself. Her jowls were taunt with anger as the rain fell on her shimmering pelt. There was none out there more beautiful than her, none. Her movements were eerie almost robotic lost in a stream of thought not really caring if she fell, she wasn’t too far off the ground, still making her way up the mountain and if it came that she took a tumble well, she had wings for a reason.
The scent of another had failed to register in her nasal cavity or she had failed to notice it, he mind lost in the years of her life, the last foal of her parents, the only foal. Where were they now? She didn’t know, she didn’t know, they were gone when she woke up. Gone, lost forever with in the sands of time that ran through her mind, and hour glass to tip over again and again. Oh how she longed for a revenge on a quiet little family, she didn’t care what the were, Unicorns, Pegasus, Unipegs… just to rip the wings form their fragile bodies, ripping their horns form their head, just to leave them bleeding and dying on the ground, as ugly and marred as they imagined her. Were they blind? Could they not recognize the power in them?
She snorted in anger as a shadow began to appear in her vision. Eyes narrowed ass he hissed barring her fangs as the feathers stood up on her spinal ridge just like a bird in alarm the white and gold tinted feathers rattling much like the rattle on a rattle snake, before calming down somewhat with time the feathers laying back down on her back nice an placid as if she were never disturbed. It didn’t take much to realize that this creature was the same as her, the double headed creature. She raised her head lifting the thread of her lowered stance she had taken when she was rattled. Why was it better to life her head? The three horns lining her skull vertically made and effective weapon, or at least scared them enough to leave her alone, alone it was a permanent state of being for her.
“Why hello there.”
Her voice was quiet, almost inaudible over the rain as it pounded against the rocks and the thunder rang through the sky. Quiet but stern, she could tell them just how much she hated them with this voice and perhaps they would be lulled into thinking she was a kind and generous creature, perhaps she was to her own kind. She mauled over thoughts before twitching her lion tail and focusing on the mare at hand, of course she probably shared the same hatred that burned in her heart. A brotherhood, a sisterhood. That’s what they created when they out casted them, a solemn creed to get revenge. There would be time to make enemies later, but not now, not when this was the first she had run into that was not dead rotting by the wayside. Smaller thatn her, but then again she was a mammoth in her own right, she sighed her lips loosening form the tight grip on her jowls.
“Worthy of life..” she growled lightly as her jaw clenched once again, “We are worthy of so much more, we should be the gods they pray to.” Her voice was soft but the hatred rolled off them with an intensity as her eyes narrowed. Damn them, Damn then all.
